Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment to Accessibility

YedaBot (Yedabot.com) works to make its digital services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with applicable accessibility laws and regulations.

We strive to meet accessibility level AA of the international standard WCAG 2.1, as well as the requirements of ת"י 5568 (Israeli standard for website accessibility).

2. Current Accessibility Level

We continue to improve accessibility and make adjustments. Steps already implemented include:

• Full keyboard navigation across all interface components.
• "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page for quick navigation.
• aria-live attributes in the chat window for real-time reading of AI messages by screen readers.
• aria-current="page" attribute in navigation to indicate the active page.
• Accessibility labels (aria-label) for all graphic buttons.
• Decorative icons marked as aria-hidden="true".
• Color contrast meets Level AA requirements (ratio ≥ 4.5:1 for regular text).
• All form fields are associated with labels (htmlFor).
• Language attribute (lang="he") defined in the main HTML tag.
• High contrast mode and large text mode available in the accessibility menu.
• Progress bar in Onboarding includes appropriate ARIA attributes.

3. Known Limitations

The following known accessibility limitations are being worked on:

• Content generated in real-time by AI models may appear gradually (streaming) - some screen readers may read content in segments. Solution: we have added aria-live="polite" to the message area.
• Certain animations (Framer Motion) do not automatically disable when prefers-reduced-motion is set. We are working on full support.

4. Supported Technologies

The site has been tested and designed to work with:

• Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (current versions).
• Screen readers: NVDA + Firefox (Windows), VoiceOver + Safari (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android).
• Keyboard navigation: Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, Arrow keys.
• Display at 400% zoom without content loss.
